BISON - Model C-Lift A Series -Container Lifting System
The C-Lift A Series by BISON is an advanced container lifting solution designed for fast, automated container handling. Capable of lifting containers with a capacity of up to 64,000 kg, it offers an efficient alternative to traditional cranes. This series is perfect for sites with limited space, as it is compact, portable, and easy to set up. Powered by a standard 207-240 VAC, single-phase power supply, the system runs four 0.75 kW motors, with options for six and eight-hoist configurations. A key feature is its self-leveling control system, ensuring stability during lifts by using onboard sensors that synchronize pumps and motors. With hydraulic counterbalance valves and dual lifting cables, the system is designed for safety, maintaining lift even during power outages. Compatible with all ISO container sizes, the A Series also includes a wireless remote control and a robust safety-rated control system. This versatile system is ideal for diverse applications, including modular construction and industrial transport.

Quick and easy to relocate and set up
The A Series is compact and portable, with a small storage and operating footprint. The legs roll easily on castors across smooth surfaces. Built-in forklift pockets allow for movement across rough surfaces or longer distances.
Runs off single-phase power supply
The A Series runs off 207 - 240 VAC, single-phase, 50 - 60 Hz power supply, with 4 x 0.75kW motors, drawing 10 - 15 Amps. Typical power sources are your regular mains supply, or a portable generator.
Self levelling control system
Onboard sensors control the pumps and motors, keeping the container level and each leg synchronized. The default mode is self levelling, however the operator can select and control individual legs, or groups of legs, if required.
64,000 kg | 141,000 lb lift capacity
Each hydraulic leg has a working load limit of 8,000 kg or 17,600 lbs, giving the four hoist container lift system a total working load limit of 32 tonne. Constructed from high-strength structural steel, each leg is physically proof tested to 150% times its working load limit before shipping.
Compatible with all ISO container types and sizes
The A Series handles all ISO container types and sizes, including high cubes, 40' and 45' containers.
Originally designed as a four-hoist system for lifting shipping containers, the A Series now features six and eight-hoist configurations, making it capable of handling heavier payloads of up to 64 tonnes.
It’s ideal for larger, longer, or more flexible loads that require support at multiple points along their length, with all lifting points operating in perfect unison to prevent flexing and potential damage to delicate materials like drywall or glazing in modular buildings.
Additionally, the system provides real-time load monitoring at each lifting point, ensuring precision and safety throughout the lift.
