SmartTEH - Container Unloading System

Container unloader attaches to trucks and extracts cargo swiftly. The system is designed for 20 and 40-foot containers. Single-operator system reduces labor and improves efficiency. Container Unloading System ST-CUS40 is designed for 40 feet containers, based on container semitrailer chassis. The equipment includes all necessary supporting systems to unload also 20 feet containers.

The operating cycle depends on goods unloaded and operator efficiency.

How container unloading works:
  1. The semitrailer with the container is hydraulically attached to the system;
  2. The operator adjusts the system to all possible angle differences using the system`s hydraulics. Identically to Container loading system (CLS);
  3. The system slider is attached to straps which are either installed during loading or fixed manually when unloading the container;
  4. A slider with a chain drive is pulling out products, also simultaneously several pallets, if needed;
  5. The system`s floor has an integrated plastic plate for better sliding.
