Pre-Filtration System

Motor for high pressure pump

Water quality monitor
Water Quality Monitors provide instantaneous, real time water quality data. Such data allows the user to determine whether the feed water quality or product water quality is within the original designed parameter. Pressure Gauges
Pressure gauges provide important operation pressure data to the user. They can provide indication on whether the feed water is sufficient, working pressure is proper, or membranes are scaled.

System controls - PLC Based
PLC - Programmable Logic Controller is the brain of the RO system. It allows automatic operation of the RO system, and provides important troubleshooting data through LED lights or HMI interface. ForeverPure*1 reverse osmosis systems use only the highest quality and most reliable supplier.
Standard PLC program provides start Stop, sequential, and alarm control.
RO System start permissible conditions:
- Power On
- Start button pushed
- Low pressure switch closed
- Permeate water tank level below low level (low and high level switches arc on open position)
Five conditions will cause the RO to shut down the machine:
- High working pressure.
- Low inlet pressure (<20 psi)
- Starter overload trip
- Product water storage lank level high
- Emergency shut-down button pushed.
- Low Feed Pressure Shut Off with indicator light
- High pressure shut-off switch
- Product Water and raw water Tank level control
- System On switch with light
- Power On switch with light
Pre-Treatment Systems:

Biocide Dosing System
One metering injection systems will be supplied for controlling bio-fouling potential in the RO plant. The metering pump will allow controlling of different functions such as the stroke length and percentage rate.
Antiscalant Dosing System
One metering injection systems is supplied to inject anliscalanl into the feed water stream. The metering pump pumping rate can be adjusted by varying the stroke length and percentage raic.Thc Anliscalanl Dosing System prevents the membrane from scaling.
Multi-Media Filter
Multimedia filter is designed 10 make better use if the bed depth in (he removal of a greater volume of suspended solids. This is achieved by loading larger media granules of lower density at the top of the bed. with al least one layer of smaller media granules of higher density below ii. 11k larger granules remove the larger suspended panicles, leaving the smaller particles lo be filtered by the finer media.
Depth multi-media filtration system is used to filter sand and sediment (turbidity) down to approximately 20 Microns. Automatically backwashes when filter is clogged. Saves replacement filter cost. Post-Treatment System:
Chlorine Dosing adjustment System
One metering injection system is supplied for the injection of chlorine into the production water stream. The metering pump pumping rate can be adjusted by varying the stroke length and percentage rate. The Chlorine Dosing System ensures safety of drinking water by preventing bacterial growth in the product water tank and the water distribution system.
Membrane Cleaning and Flushing Systems:
Permeate Water Flush
The Permeate Water Flush function purges the salt water out of the system by pumping permeate water into the membrane housing before each shut down and before ever)* startup. By having permeate water during the shut down period, high salinity water would not permeate into the product water side. This maintains product water quality and extends the membrane life time.
Built-in Membrane Cleaning System
It includes a 316 SS high flaw pump. It cleans the membranes and can be u.scd to sanitize the membrane system. The user can initiate the cleaning process on the control panel. Cleaning should be done periodically or should be done when the Delta P between the lead end ot the membranes and the tail end of the membranes is above 30 psi. Tnc sanitization function is especially useful if the RUis used for bottled water or beverage production.
Miscellaneous Hems: High Product Water TDS Diversion With Alarm
It the product walct TDS rises above a preset value, then the system will trigger an alarm and divert the unqualified product water into the drain. This (unction ensures only product water that is within the present TDS range is delivered to the user.
