Planning and design

We take advantage of digital planning with prefabricated components to react quickly and flexibly to changing project requirements

Development / E-CAD

Instead of using printed parts lists or circuit diagrams, we rely on digital production data, thus avoiding errors caused by unrecorded changes or incorrectly entered data

Design / M-CAD

Using state-of-the-art software, we design a virtual 3D model of the control cabinet, which can then be adapted cost-effectively and made ready for series production

Machining

Gather material, machine enclosures, assemble cable sets: Thanks to the virtual control cabinet twin, we can automate many steps simultaneously.

Assembly

Through the automation of manual work and the parallel execution of process-relevant steps, we reduce the required resources in the mechanical construction by up to 45%.

Wiring

Thanks to automated prefabrication and marking, we are able to significantly reduce the time required for wiring the control cabinet.

Testing and Documentation

We supply not only 100% electrically tested control cabinets, but also comprehensive documentation, which significantly reduces the customer’s documentation outlay.

Delivery and Logistics
