Application
Structure intended to control the flow rate towards the treatment and to manage excess flows via overflow on rainwater or combined networks
Design
- Made from S235 steel assembled on flat bottoms, protected after SA 2.5 sanding according to ISO 8501-1 with a hot polymerised polyurethane coating 600 µm thick
- Flow rate controller made from 304L stainless steel of the FLOREG type
- Headwater dimensioned to remove the peak flow rate in compliance with the hydraulics of the network
Operation
Controlled flow storm water overflow of the DOVR type is designed and dimensioned for a perfect control of the flow rate to treatment.
The controlled flow is reached before any overflow. Excess flow rates are managed by the overflow in compliance with the hydraulics of the network.
Each structure is subject to a hydraulic validation using the data of the project.
