PumpWorks - Model VRC 2000/VRC2001 -Controllers

Controllability is a very important feature of the PW-2000 series pumps. PumpWorks currently manufactures basic controllers to accompany our products. This is beneficial for those customers who want some controllability, but will not be using a PLC or other controller of their own. Pictured here is our Variable Rate Controller, which allows the customer to manually adjust the rate at which the piston will cycle, from a maximum of 30 cycles per second. For those customers wishing for automatic rate adjustment, a 4-20mA controller is also in development. A simple counter is also available for use in dispensing applications. The customer may select the number of piston cycles that will occur per dispense. Once a correlation is made between number of cycles and desired volume for dispense, the number can be set and the dispensed amount will be the same with each activation.
