Cooker/blancher for Ø2000x6000 mm for meat and beans: Retention time 1 hr. Manufactured in AISI-304, 1.4301. Outer diameter: 2000 mm. Flights with holes to avoid blocking of beans. Lit and bottom are insulated with a stainless steel cap. Pitch: 2000 mm. All parts in contact with food are manufactured in 2B surface. The lid is supplied with an actuator system for moving up and down. Manufactured according to food standards.
