OASI Cooling Systems. Disinfection and dust bond in animal breeding houses. THE HIGH TEMPERATURES that are reached in summer in the halls of cattle breeding, despite the forced ventilation, bring about: an alarming increase in mortality, and lower amount of food ingested by the animals and the consequent decrease in productivity. Consequently, it is necessary to lower the temperature using a physical phenomenon: the “water evaporation” through the appropriate spray nozzles the water is turned into fine droplets, and this determines the temperatures to lower even up to 8°C.
Our Station can be set up in whichever hall in a very short time. OASI is also used to remove dust and to disinfect the enviroment, when to water the proper drugs are added. Our OASIS system is suitable to the following breeding section: bird -fancying – swine – cattle – rabbit and others.
The System is Composed of
- pressurization unit provided with an antiscale and disinfecting bathing device
- special nozzles provided with a valve (very useful whenever the nozzle should be cleaned without stopping the installation when froggers are running)
- connecting pipes
- electric control and regulating unit
- protection panel in polyester
- stainless steel pipe with PN 200 connection
- special nozzle with valve
- 70 bar duty pressure
- high pressure pump unit (rpm 1450, from 0,75Kw to 5,5Kw)
- antiscale or disinfecting batching device, adjustable from 0 to 10 liters/hour
- elettric drive station for the completely automatic management of plant
