Working Process:
1, Shredding
Using a shredder to shred the waste cable wires into small pieces about 5-7cm.
2, Crushing
Using a crusher to crush the small pieces into small particles.
3, Air separation
Using an air separator to separate copper and plastic according to the different gravity.
4, Electrostatic separation
Air separator can't separate the wire less than 3mm clearly because the similar gravity. The electrostatic separator can separate copper and plastic according to their conductive properties clearly and easy.
