Core Mold Vibrating Concrete Pipe Machine

This concrete pipe making machine combines vibrating core and is used with a mold to prepack and vibrate concrete within the mold to produce concrete pipe. The core molding vibrating concrete pipe production process is that the inner and outer molds are vertically erected on the bottom bracket (disk) in the pit, after which the concrete mixture is poured into the pipe mold, which is liquefied by the strong vibration force generated by the high frequency vibrator of the inner mold, filling the mold and exhausting the air, and concrete pipe is then compacted. The upper end of the pipe is equipped with a setting ring, which is lightly rolled and rubbed by the hydraulic pressure to compact the shape. This concrete pipe making machine is used to produce concrete pipe types of socket type, flexible tongue and groove, flat shape and steel socket reinforced concrete drainage pipes, available in sizes DN1350-DN3000 and lengths of 1-2.5m.
