1950 The mass separation department is established. In the beginning it developed and built radial screening systems, preliminary, post and ground dewatering systems for the mining industry, chamber sluices and chamber buckets for dewatering works, sifter systems, twin-pipe showers, material collectors for the paper industry and high-capacity pulp collectors.
1948 The department Herrmann-screens® moves its premises to halls located in Fichtenstrasse in Duesseldorf. Here begins the production of VIBRO® spring steel wire cloths, DS, SERPA®, VENO®-Harp Screens, Rima®, Rimetta®, Ultra Rimetta and DD wedge wire screens, DOVEX®, DOPRA and RASTEX® screen panels, screen panels and fluidized beds, UMBRA screen panels, rubber wedge wire screens, rubber hole screens, DUO screen panels with flexible screen openings, pressure jet screen panels, CONIDUR® fine hole and slotted hole sheets, metal wire belts.
1947 Acquisition of all patents and licenses of the company Louis Herrmann, founded in 1846, dismounted in Dresden and specialized in manufacturing of industrial screens and wire belts. They were traded under the world-famous brand designation Herrmann-screens®.
1946-1988 All Rhine bridges in Duesseldorf are built. The delivery program of HL AG includes further fixed and movable bridges, building construction for mining and industry, frame constructions for multi-story buildings, scaffolds for cranes and crane tracks, pithead gears, bunkers, steel water structures, radio and television masts with heights up to 322 m and pot-galvanizing. Deliveries were made to Germany, Europe, South America and Asia. Foundation of subsidiary companies and partnerships abroad.
