DENSOLEN - Model N15/-PE5 -Corrosion Prevention System (Two-Tape)
Two-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes, pipelines, containers and moulded parts in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. For extreme corrosion conditions and mechanical stresses on uneven substrates.
DENSOLEN-Tape N15
Butyl rubber tape with overstretch prevention layer as per DIN 30672.
DENSOLEN-Tape N15 will amalgamate in the overlap area or between the individual layers of wrapping. The result is a sleeve-like coating that is practically impermeable to water vapor and oxygen. The thick gray adhesive butyl layer conforms particularly well to the structure of the underlying surface (e.g. welding beads and factory coating edges).
DENSOLEN-Tape PE5
Two-ply synthetic tape with a polyethylene carrier film and butyl rubber coating on one side.
DENSOLEN-Tape PE5 will amalgamate with the inner wrapping of DENSOLEN-Tape N15 and together with the latter will form a continuous bond, creating a stable coating with high mechanical resistance.
