Gouda Geo - Cross-Overs for Marchetti DMT Dilatometer

Regularly CPT penetrometer pushing rigs are used to push in the measuring instrument of the Marchetti DMT dilatometer. In order to connect the blade to the string of CPT sounding tubes a cross-over tube is needed in order to overcome the differences in threads.

  • Cross-over tube (36/16 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female STD / Bottom thread: female DMT metric
  • Cross-over tube (36/16 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female QLK / Bottom thread: female DMT metric
  • Cross-over tube (36/16 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female AR / Bottom thread: female DMT metric
  • Cross-over tube (36/16 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female 2R / Bottom thread: female DMT metric
  • Cross-over tube (36/16 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female GHD-36 / Bottom thread: female DMT metric
  • Cross-over tube (44/20 x 250 mm) – Top thread: female GHD-44 / Bottom thread: female DMT metric

NOTE: At only little extra costs (EUR 10.–) the cross-over tube can also be supplied with welded on cams or a ring to reduce the lateral friction on the string of tubes during penetration.
