CSI - Manholes and Catch Basins

Base Designs Available:

• Standard Base
• Extended Base
• Drop Over Base (doghouse)
• Sump

Manhole Tops Available:

• Standard Flat Tops (with 24" and 30" round or square openings, on or off center)
• Cone Tops (three-foot in height with 24" and 30" openings and four-foot in height with 24" openings)
• Specialty Tops (available per specifications and made to order)

Specifications:

• Manufactured to meet 4,000 psi concrete (or greater based on the job specifications)
• Meets ASTM C478 Standard Specifications
• Standard manholes and catch basins designed and manufactured to meet HS25-44 load specification (We can also manufacture manholes to meet Cooper E-80 loading for railroads and airport loading for 727 Aircraft)

Accessories Available as per Job Specifications:

• Polypropylene Steps
• Butyl rubber joints between manhole sections
• Flexible Sleeves, A-Lok Connections and Z-Lok Connections for pipe connections
• Asphalt Coating on outside of manhole sections
• Access hatches to allow entry into wet wells or pump stations
• Access ladders to allow entry into wet wells or pump stations
