The FX1600 Series Beside-The-Press Granulators by Cumberland are designed for optimal access and ease of maintenance. Featuring a wide-open rotor, these granulators make cleaning and changing knives more efficient, allowing for minimal downtime during usage. The discharge seal has been improved to significantly reduce regrind leakage, ensuring consistent quality of processed materials. A larger discharge bin increases operational uptime, facilitating longer uninterrupted runs. Optional viewing windows on the hopper provide real-time monitoring of material flow without halting the granulation process, thus enhancing operational efficiency. Cumberland’s Beside-the-Press FX1600 Series allows easy access to the screen cradle and cutting chamber. The rotor is wide open, making cleaning and knife changes quick and easy.
