Hengst Filtration - Curly Bracket Filter Cartridges
Efficient dust filtration with filter cartridges with three-block attachment. The Curly Bracket Cartridge, also known as 328NZ from Filtration Group* (formerly MAHLE Industrial Filtration), is a filter cartridge designed for both clean gas side and dirty gas side installation, effectively separating dust from gases. It helps create safe working environments and efficient production processes across industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, metallurgy, welding, woodworking, and powder coating.
The filter cartridge features a compact design and can be installed from either the clean or raw gas side, integrating seamlessly into existing dust collector systems. With its large filtration surface and innovative design, the Curly Bracket Cartridge ensures high filtration efficiency and excellent cleaning performance. Contaminated air passes through the outer surface of the cartridge, while clean air exits from the top. Dust accumulation is effectively removed via a rotating wing activated by a cleaning pulse or jet pulse mechanism.
Equipped with the appropriate filter media, the cartridge can be adapted to different operating conditions. By maintaining air purity, minimizing maintenance requirements and meeting industry standards, the Curly Bracket Cartridge provides a reliable, long-lasting solution for industrial dust filtration.
