Air Supply Systems for Welded / Modular Climatic Walk in Chamber/Climatic Chamber Room

1. Air Cycling Device: centrifugal fan, externally installed motor drive
2. Heating Mode: wire heaters made of a material called Nichrome; PID & SSR control
3. Cooling Mode: air/ water cooling
4. Humidification Mode: Stainless steel steam humidification; water purifier is provided for automatic water supply while being connected to the chamber
5. Dehumidification Mode: by compressor& de-humidify device

Console Model Chamber:

1. The workspace is located at the left side or as to the user requirements;
2. Refrigeration unit cabinet located in the right side;
3. Electric control part is placed in the refrigeration unit cabinet, with operation panel on the front Chamber exterior is made of cold rolled steel with powder-painted, interior is stainless steel SUS304 #;
4. Thermal insulation material is flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam, of 100-150mm thickness.

Refrigeration Unit Cabinet:

1. Located in the right side of the chamber, and refrigeration compressors are installed on its frame,
2. Special door for maintenance & repair is provided.
3. Acoustical boards are used for lowing noise to maximum limit.

Chamber door:

1. Single door or double door, or according to customer’s requirement
2. Silicon rubber is used for high sealing effect, high / low temperature resistance, anti-aging, and good Sealed performance.
3. Lighting Device: two interior lights of 12W/36V, moisture-proof & explosion-proof, can be directly manual switch controlled from the outside.

Chamber Bottom:

1. Height distance to the floor is 200mm; chamber base board is slightly slant with drain hole for letting out the condensed water.
2. Interior chamber floor contains many stiffeners, to enable the floor load capacity ≥500Kg / m2, wheel impact ability≥1MT;
3. Movable entry ramp is provided.
