Canopies/hoods are designed, manufactured and installed to suit all applications. The design of a suitable hood/canopy to provide at source dust/fume collection is a vital part of an integrated extraction system. Hoods/canopies are manufactured from steel. aluminium, stainless steel etc, to suit the application. Supporting steelwork, bracketing forms part of the hood/canopy design.

Most central station high-level dust/fume extraction plants require a maintenance platform. Horizon design, manufacture and install access/maintenance platforms, complete with access ladders/stairs, safety handrails etc, to comply with all current legislation.

Horizon undertakes the design, manufacture and installation of all associated ductwork required for dust/fume removal systems. Ductwork, either round or rectangular, manufactured from galvanised steel, heavy gauge steel plate, aluminium, stainless steel are all supplied to suit the particular needs of the project. Computerised design facilities promote the most efficient ductwork sizing coupled with minimum fan power requirements. Site surveys carried out together with proposal drawings submitted.
