Dajiang - Model DCL -High Capacity Inclined Plate Settlers Within Coagulation Flocculation WWTP Waste Water Treatment
Lamella clarifiers are capable of managing feed water with high concentration of suspended solids. Separation results will vary depending on the feed water quality and types of contaminants. The feed water enters the lamella clarifier through the inlet channel on the top and flows to the bottom of the separator. The water is led back to the top, on its way the water flows through the lamellas, onto which the solid particles settle. Treated water flows to the top and reaches the outlet by passing a weir. The sludge slides down the lamellas and is collected in the sludge funnel. A rabble rake can be installed to prevent caking of the sludge in the conical hopper. The sludge is exported at intervals.
Lamella Separator Description
The format of the inclined plate sedimentation water purifier is to install a 60° inclined pipe above the sludge suspension layer. By adding flocculant to the sludge, the suspended solids or flocculent alum flowers accumulate into thin sludge, and then under the inclined pipe In the superficial area, the sludge suspension layer slides back to rely on gravity, and then settles into the sludge collection hopper, and is discharged into the sludge tank through the sludge pipe for separate treatment or comprehensive utilization. The supernatant gradually rises to the collection pipe for discharge or reuse.
