The group of particle diameters below 10 μm , be called as floating particle or floating dust. The diameter of anion and electron are very weeny ,but also the intensity of electron in electric field is on the high side.( quantity class at 100 million/cm3),that means they are everywhere, the dust in electric field will be captured by electron in a flash,( it means charging) the charging of dust in electric field bases on tow mechanisms as charging electric field and diffusion, the charged particles in high voltage electric field could be affected by electric field power, at last, the dust is absorbed on anion plate, so the efficiency of dust purification is high, and especially for capturing the weeny and light dust.

In electrostatic dust purification, the electric power is mainly used in electron emitting and dust pushing, it affects nothing to air, thereby its power consuming is very low, at addition, the total resistance of purifier is also extremely small, finally cause the power consuming of device less than other ways, the black smoke absorbed can be cleaned up with cleaning device.
