Dash - Rear Mount High Speed Delivery System
This configuration of the designed to mount on the back of a tanker, flat deck or grain box. It has all the same features as the center mount Dash but it has different frame for supporting a different mounting. This model includes tail/turn lights, flip down work platform and license plate holder.

During operation each inductor is rinsed with fresh water using a patented rinse nozzle as it unloads. This alleviates build up of chemical on the inductor walls.
When switching between products and a more extensive cleaning is required, one inductor can be filled with a cleaning agent. The operator would change the rinse pump source to the inductor with the cleaning agent and then rinse down all four inductors. Dash also utilizes a hand-held spray gun, which may be used for any type of internal or external wash down or hand rinsing.
Many crops today require multi-chemical tank mixes. Proper loading order and separation is critical for maximizing effectiveness of each chemical. With the Dash system, this is quickly and accurately achieved by introducing chemicals at the proper stream while filling the sprayer. With the significant cost of chemicals the DASH system ensures that you receive the maximum benefit from each product used in the application.
In a time study, using a 1,200 gal sprayer, loading 4 different chemicals, the findings were that it took an average of 4.5 minutes from park break up to park break down. (loading in less than 4 minutes) In this case, it allowed the operator to spray an additional 320 acres per day due to load time reduction. That translates to significant increase in production and depreciation savings.
The design of the Dash has two primary objectives; reduce fill times to keep the sprayer spraying, and to keep chemicals separated. The Dash comes with two pumps, a high delivery water pump with a 13hp Honda motor and air diaphragm pump capable of 40 gpm used for auto rinsing and the agitation of dry products. The design allows operators to load multiple products for the next sprayer load ahead of time while keeping chemicals separated. Once connected to the sprayer, the operator can stand at the side of the trailer, completely loading the sprayer with up to four different products without moving. The process of loading four different chemicals into a 1,200 gal sprayer will take less than four minutes.
The operator would stand at the side of the trailer and pull up to 4 corresponding handles, to unload inductors with chemical into the sprayer tank. As the handle is pulled it opens two valves. The valve at the bottom of the tank unloads chemicals, under suction, into the main water stream and a second valve opens a nozzle that rinses the inductor out as it unloads. As the rinse finishes, all chemical is washed out, ensuring all chemical gets into the sprayer tank. This also prevents any residual chemical buildup in the inductors. The inductors can unload in approximately 15 seconds.
