Compact device for smaller volumes

Our DeCap eco decapper is made for decapping of sample tubes. Analyzer racks filled with tubes are placed in the inlet channel and are manually forwarded to the decapping station. The device processes one rack at a time. The tubes stay in the racks during decapping. Removed caps are guided to an outlet for collection of biohazard disposal with a detachable chute.

DeCap eco processes tubes with pull caps only. It is designed for 100 mm tubes. Smaller tubes can be handled by means of an adapter tube which stays in the rack during analysis. Models for 75 mm only tubes are available on request.

The simple design guarantees a high reliability, minimal service requirements, and the easiest of use. The DeCap eco is designed specifically to be a compact and reliable alternative for labs where the throughput is too small to require complete automation yet large enough where manual decapping could be a strain on personnel.
