Underground waste station replaces small landfills. Underground waste station Deep Station is built under the ground from concrete elements. There is a detachable press compactor and four 30 m3 containers. One container is constantly attached to the press compactor, which allows the station work without stoppage. Garbage truck takes all 3 containers at the same time to further recycling or landfill.

When bringing the empty containers to the station, the lifting table in the beginning of the line is lifted up and all the containers are put to the rails. The system reminds the magazine of the fire arm.

Containers move alongside the rails: empty ones to the middle of the line to the press compactor and full ones away from the press compactor. There is a space for three containers on each side of the press compactor.

On the ground level there is only a top of the hopper. The design of the waste station can be made according to the environment, for example, only borders of the lifting table covers can be seen.

The press compactor and containers are situated under the ground and are in the warmth during the winter time and in the cold during summer. This way there is a possibility to reduce the problems caused by snow and low temperatures and warm temperatures and smell problems.

Deep Station is a modern landfill type station where waste can be stored and reloaded for further transportation. It can replace the reducing number of landfills with inexpensive and hygienic way.

Unseen and not smelly Deep Station can be placed close to the built-up areas, which reduces the cost of transportation.
