Deionizers (DI) Systems

Our Deionizers (DI) remove ionized impurities in your water. The Deionization (or demineralization) process uses a combination of filters and ion exchange to remove up to 95% of dissolved minerals. <br/ > Our solutions are built to suit your needs, with a multiport valve or valve nest design, appropriately sized pressure vessels (ranging from fiberglass to epoxy-lined steel) and easy to use PLC controls. We have Two Bed Deionizers which normally produce water quality in the range of 50K - 100K Ω resistivity, and our Mixed Bed Deionizers will produce up to 18 MΩ (with proper pretreatment).  Let us know how we can help you with DI needs!
