The RC Series are compact, IP66 sealed, lightweight, flexible, reliable charging solution for all lead-acid and lithium batteries. Ideal charger for future proofing OEM machine design to changing battery technologies. Adhering to EUnited floor cleaning machines emissions standards (CISPR 14). Versatile CANopen and J1939 CAN bus features allow OEMs to extract charger status, update algorithms and software, and view fault and error logs.

Flexible Charging Options
The RC Series uses proprietary software for OEMs to stack up to six chargers. Whether on-board, off-board, or a combination, link one “primary charger” with multiple secondary, interchangeable chargers to get up to 7.5 kW of power.

Smart and Connected
Use CANOpen and SAE J1939 protocols to communicate with the machine’s components, to help fleet managers keep track of their machines, and extract real-time charge data for faster troubleshooting.

Wide output voltage to support all lead-acid (WET, GEL, AGM) and lithium chemistries (LCO, NCA, NMC, LMO, LFP, LTO) .

Charging Flexibility
Capable of storing up to 25 lead-acid or lithium charge algorithms, switch to lithium charging without switching chargers to future proof machine design.

CISPR14 Residential Emissions and Immunity
Compliant to CISPR 14 European cleaning machines’ emissions standards for installation on residential power circuits.

On- and Off-Board Installation
