Van Gas - Model GasDry Prime -Desiccant for Meeting Basic Natural Gas Dehydration Requirements
Gas Dry Prime is a low-cost desiccant for meeting basic natural gas dehydration requirements. GasDry Prime is often used to dry fuel gas in applications where fuel and instrumentation lines are not exposed to extremely low ambient temperatures. GasDry Prime is also used as a primary drying agent when several desiccant gas dryers are piped in a series.
For its affordability and effectiveness at preventing condensation within a gas line, many owners of residential gas wells rely on GasDry Prime.
When used in a properly sized desiccant natural gas dehydrator, GasDry Prime will remove sufficient water vapor to establish a 55% relative humidity in the gas line.
GasDry Prime is a hard tablet formed from hygroscopic materials that attract and hold moisture. The surface slowly dissolves (deliquesces) and forms a solution. This solution falls to the claim area of the dryer vessel to be drained.
The materials in GasDry Prime are non-toxic and fully soluble in water.
