Ultra low temperature (ULT) horizontal freezer with autonomous refrigeration (ACS) designed for the storage and transport of vaccines or drugs that require temperatures down to -75 ° C. The operating principle is based on the ability of the system to accumulate the thermal energy necessary for autonomous operation (therefore even in the absence of electricity).The innovation consists in having obtained a uniform temperature distribution with verified gradients of the order of +/- 1 ° C, so as to guarantee the vaccines optimal conservation (without temperature changes) even during transport.
- The use of DCV Technology (Vacuum Insulated Panels combined with cyclopentane expanded polyurethane) allows to reach very low thermal conductivity values, which guarantees a reduction in thermal dispersion compared to normal insulators to the advantage of energy saving and autonomy of the refrigerator. without the use of electricity for a variable period of time depending on the installed thermal capacity.
