The fiber-optic chlorophyll sensor adopts the principle of fluorescence method. According to the spectral absorption characteristics of chlorophyll a, it irradiates water with a high-energy LED light source to excite the chlorophyll a in the water to generate a specific wavelength of fluorescence and measure the concentration of chlorophyll a in water. The sensor uses a fiber-optic structure with excellent repeatability and stability, and is not easily affected by ambient light.
