Ecotest - Model BDBG-09SW -Detecting Unit of Gamma Radiation

BDBG-09SW is designed to measure the ambient dose equivalent rate of gamma radiation in natural and artificial reservoirs.

• It is used as part of data panel and automated radiation monitoring systems. It is produced using a highly sensitive CsI(Tl) scintillator with a silicon photomultiplier and a Geiger-Muller counter.
  
• The detecting unit is produced in hermetic stainless steel housing with IP68 ingress protection rating.

• Measurement of the ambient dose equivalent rate (DER) of gamma radiation

• Data exchange between the detecting unit and the data display system through RS-485 interface.
• Constant self-testing.
• Data availability about the statistical error of measurement.
• Possibility to obtain an amplitude spectrum (1024 channels).
• When immersed in water, the detecting unit is resistant to exposure of:

- Water temperature from +3 to +50 °C.
- Maximum depth of immersion in water is 20 m.
