DeviHead - Model G2 -Core Orientation System

The DeviHead G2 is our second generation, more robust DeviHead system: a revolutionary core orientation solution that can be fully integrated with your drilling equipment. Unlike other core orientation systems, core barrel adjustments are not necessary, and core orientation may be started or ended at any time without having to retrieve the drill string and core barrel from the drill hole.

The DeviHead G2 replaces the inner tube cap and spindle of the core barrel head assembly already on site. It is designed to fit head assemblies from most of the major drilling tool manufacturers, without affecting length, operation, or quality.

Utilizing our innovative Brilliant Blue Technology (BBT) the DeviHead G2 is quickly activated and communicates wirelessly with the handheld device, without the need for opening any threads. Ensuring quick set up, data transfer and download.

The operation follows a clear step-by-step procedure, and one probe can be started or downloaded while the other is down in the hole, fitting in with the drilling cycle to optimize drilling productivity.

Each kit includes two DeviHead G2 units with interchangeable survey tools and spindle assemblies, ready to be used with the standard head assembly on site.
