Devise - Model Type IBS -Inclined Bar Screen

This type of automatic mechanical screen is one of the most reliable, heavy-duty solutions for the coarse screening of inlet works in Waste-Water Treatment Plants. The screen incorporates an ‘over-load’ protection mechanism and limit switches for scraper parking out of the water level. It is a self-cleaning screen made of stainless steel (SS-304L or SS-316). The “inclined bar-screen” is aimed for in-channel installation and is produced for channel widths between (400 – 1500) mm at heights up to 3.5 m. The screening openings may vary between 10 and 60 mm according to requirements. The drive chains are as standard from reinforced plastic with stainless steel pins and joints, or fully stainless as an option.
