Deyuxin - Model DQB020-FB -DC 3V Mini Vacuum Pump for Gas Detection
The basic principle of the Mini Electric Vacuum Pump is to drive the diaphragm inside the pump to reciprocate through the circular motion of the motor. When the diaphragm moves forward, it compresses the air in the pump chamber, reducing the pressure in the pump chamber and forming a vacuum state. At the same time, at the air suction port, a pressure difference will be generated because the pressure in the pump chamber is lower than the external atmospheric pressure. Under the action of this pressure difference, the external gas is sucked into the pump chamber.
Then, when the diaphragm moves backward, the space in the pump chamber increases, the pressure rises, and the originally compressed gas is released and discharged from the exhaust port. This process is repeated continuously, thereby realizing the continuous suction and discharge of gas, forming the working cycle of the vacuum pump.
