DEZE - Stainless Steel Temporary Cone Strainer
Made of stainless steel and plastic, the water pump suction hose filter is very strong and durable with a long service life. The filter element adopts the double layer encryption and thickening design, which can filter the debris in the water more cleanly and thoroughly.
The temporary cone strainer is designed for temporary or short-term operation, during commissioning and initial start-up of new or repaired process tines, to remove any coarse debris that is accidentally or unavoidably pre-launched within the system.
The temporary cone strainer is very easy to install and equally easy to remove between the two flanges of the piping system.
The temporary cone strainer is made of perforated plate with welded ring. Collars are used to secure the filter between the two flanges of the pipe. The medium should flow from the outside to the inside. After a period of normal operation, they are usually replaced by finer permanent filters. In pipelines where cost is critical, temporary filters can be installed between flanges. There are also cost savings from not having to reconfigure existing layouts. Even with enough space, installing a full-size permanent filter can add significantly to the cost.
The temporary cone strainer is a start-up filter installed in a system to remove unwanted debris from the process stream. Most of our products are designed for long term applications where they will be installed in pipes or piping systems and will remove solids from flowing liquids to protect downstream machinery, temporary cone strainer is used to start new or retrofit piping systems. They will prevent construction waste from causing damage to downstream equipment.
In many applications, temporary cone strainers are very cost-effective filtration solutions. If the amount of material to be removed from the flow is relatively small, resulting in long screen cleaning intervals, manually clean the screen by closing the line and removing the screen cover, temporary cone strainers are devices that mechanically remove excess solids from liquid, gas or vapor lines through perforated or wire mesh filter elements. It is widely used in pipelines to protect pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps, regulators and other process equipment.
