Dezinfex - Model 303 -Concentrated Liquid
Alkali, concentrated liquid, detergent, it contains chlorine and it’s low foaming, specifically designed for CIP cleaning and Manuel Milking Systems. Usage Areas: Designed for cleaning and disinfecting milking systems and machines, filters, cooling tanks, pipes, brushes and all kind of residuals.

Components and Technical Details:
- Sodium Hypochlorite < 25% sodium hydroxide < 15% surfactant agents, surface protectors and chelating agents to maintain the effectiveness even of hard water.
- No Nitrate or Phosphate.
- Transparent yellow solution, with typical chlorine smell.
- pH 13 – 14
Usage instructions and Dosage: Dezinfex 303 must be used after suitable prewashing then mix it with water according to the following doses
Material compatibility: Chromated materials, stainless steel, PVC, PTFE, all rubber tires, rubber and epoxy coated surfaces (no corrosive effect following usage conditions. It can not be used on aluminum surfaces; it can darken the materials. Dezinfex ALKA 320 is recommended for aluminum surfaces.
Storage, transport and security: Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Don’t mix Dezinfex 303 with incompatible substances (acid based products for example). Keep the product in the original container. Keep the container closed and in a clean, cool, and well ventilated place away from heat, flammable materials and intense light. Avoid residues of the product on the containers. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Undiluted form is harmful for skin and eyes, use protective glass and mask.
