DI Water System

We provide turnkey solutions to manufacturing plants across various industries that require highly-purified water. Our ultrapure water systems are fully integrated and come complete with all the components necessary for producing high-purity water, including units for gross filtration for large particulates, carbon filtration, water softening, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet (UV) light exposure, polishing by ion exchange resins or electrodeionization (EDI), and finally filtration or ultrafiltration. We can also optimize your water system for reuse and/or feed back to your makeup or reverse osmosis treatment system.

W2’s Ultrapure Water Systems pass feedwater through three subsystems to turn it into Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) and USP grade high-purity water that exceeds industry standards. We offer various options for pre-treatment and final treatment in our systems. Our pretreatment options include reverse osmosis and demineralization with reverse osmosis also known as HERO (High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis).

Our polishing treatment consists of ultraviolet light (UV) disinfection for organic reduction, Electrodeionization (EDI), and mixed bed ion exchange for demineralization followed by W2’s ultrapure water systems using UV, heat exchange for constant temperature control, non-regenerable ion exchange, membrane degasification, and finally ultrafiltration to achieve the required level of purity. Expect to see improvements in the quality and consistency of your products as well as operation, as you upgrade the water purity level in your manufacturing process.

In addition to design and engineering water treatment systems, we also provide best-in-class DI water system maintenance service for all kinds of existing systems. Whether your manufacturing plant uses a water treatment system manufactured by us or by another company, we can deliver the maintenance service required for improving and sustaining the production of purified water needed for your operation. We can also upgrade or repair systems that are not meeting the required quality needs, including analysis of water quality, component effectiveness and sizing as well as cleaning, material selection and tuning, to produce consistent quality results.

Our deionization treatment systems produce DI water with exceptional high-purity that has plenty of applications across various industries.
