Compost – a natural Fertilizer
Compost is a stabilized organic product derived from waste recycling that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions through carbon sequestration. It improves the soil’s water retention capacity and structure, releases natural nutrients, and thereby reduces the need for chemical fertilizers. This leads to an optimised microbiological activity while preventing soil and plant diseases resulting in higher crop yields and food security.
