DESCO - Model DSS 010 -Digital Colony Counter (Micro Controlled -With Memory)

This is an accurate reliable and easy to use instrument for counting of Bacterial and mould Colonies in Petridishes. This DIGITAL colony Counter is a micro -controller based instrument with unique feature of Eight Channel memory facility and also having the Start -stop command to avoid any error in counting. A Red Led is given on the front panel to indicate the instrument is in COUNTING mode. A user can move to any channel from SI to S8 or vice versa with key pad switches (K2) & (k3). Further you can count up to 9999 in each channel and they will remain in the memory till you press the ERASE switch (k1). This instrument is a basic bench tool for the microbiologist. The integral magnifying glass is provided for easier counting of small colonies.
