The AP-2 is an easy to use digital meter that measures Electrical Conductivity, a key indicator of overall water purity. It is made by the American company HM Digital Inc. and is exclusively distributed in Greece by MySpring. It is well known that the water Electrical Conductivity (EC) rises directly proportionally to Total Dissolved Solids. The measuring unit of water`s EC is the μS (micro Simens). The EC of healthy and well taste water is 200-400 μS.

The AP-2 tester is waterproof. At the picture appears the measurement of a water sample. On the big luminous screen of the tester appears:
- The conductivity of water in a scale of 0-9999 μS
- The water temperature.
There are three operation modes: POWER, CAL AND HOLD.
- At POWER mode the tester is switched on and off. The tester is switched off automatically after few minutes for economy of battery.
- At CAL mode the tester is automatically calibrated.
- At HOLD mode the indication of the screen remains for certain seconds after the tester is removed from the container of measurement.
