Selecting the correct filter size requires consideration of the maximum influent hydraulic flow (Qmax), the expected load, and the particle size of suspended solids (SS). Based on these factors, the appropriate mesh size can be chosen to ensure optimal effluent water quality.
The operation of multiple filters can be efficiently managed in parallel using a PLC or other automated control system.
The Disc Filter is available in both concrete channel and steel tank versions. For outdoor installations, we also offer an insulated model with optional heating upon request.
