Simflex - Disc Springs & Belleville Washers
300 different sizes in stock from 6mm up to 500mm outside diameter. The disc spring, also known as Belleville washer or disc washer or conical spring washer. The disc spring is a spring washer with a conical shape. The conical disc springs can be subjected to large loads or impacts with minor deflection, and the disc springs’ characteristics can be changed by itself or by stacking.
Material
Our disc springs come in with a variety of material options. Spring steel 60Si2Mn?50CrVA, carbon steel, chrome vanadium steel, phosphor bronze, and stainless steel. We also manufacture from special materials.

Corrosion Protective
The surface treatments of the disc springs are available to protect the disc spring against numerous working conditions. Some of the commonly requested finishes as below. If however, the finish you are considering is not listed, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Standard corrosion protection is phosphate and oiled. Other coatings like Mechanical Zinc Plating, Chemical Nickel Plating, Docromet / Geomet Coating are available.
Our disc springs are produced according to the standard DIN2093, outside diameter sizes range from 6.0mm to 500mm, with various materials as customers require.
