OKTOMAT - Model SOS Series -Discharging Station for Industrial Bulk Bags
The OKTOMAT SOS Series is an advanced discharging system designed for industrial bulk bags. It utilizes a vibrating suction head along with an oscillating system, making it effective for discharging all types of large containers such as big bags, octabins, folding boxes, and lattice boxes. Its automatic operation allows for the complete emptying of bulk bags, as the oscillating system helps in managing materials that do not flow easily. This feature optimizes suction conditions by adjusting the lifting and lowering of the suction head. The system also includes an automatic bag tightening mechanism that aids in breaking up material lumps, increasing flow efficiency. Available in pedestal and portal versions, it requires a minimum height between the container`s top edge and the discharge station for optimal operation. The OKTOMAT SOS Series is ideal for various industrial applications where continuous operation under demanding conditions is required.
Discharging system for industrial bulk bags with vibrating suction head and oscillating system
The OKTOMAT® SOS Series handles easily and effectively the discharging of all common types of Big Bags, octabins, folding boxes, lattice boxes, bulk bags with foil inlet, etc. Simply use a pallet jack to move the bulk bags, clamp the foil/bag and the suction will follow automatically without supervision and risk of interruption. The bulk bags will be completely emptied. Automatic controlled lifting and lowering of the suction head for optimum suction conditions in the bulk bag. Oscillation of the foil / big bag tightener as a flow aid for the bulk material in border areas to achieve a max. emptying capacity.
