Dispermat - Model SC4 -Dissolver
DISPERMAT® SC4: a high-performance production dissolver with a wide range of accessories. The DISPERMAT® SC4 disperser is a multipurpose production disperser for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters. The dissolver is available for container sizes of up to 750 liters. The dissolver can optionally be equipped with a wide range of exchangeable accessory systems. The innovative, modular dispersion machine supports various stirring, dispersing and grinding processes. The patented change system enables the use of a rotor-stator system, dissolver or basket mill.
The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SC4 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during dispersion. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover.
The DISPERMAT® SC4 has an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electrical height adjustment. The compact machine can be anchored directly to an industrial floor. The appropriate stand foot is available as an option. A convenient groove system on the outside of the column. Thanks to it, various accessory systems can be easily and securely attached to the DISPERMAT® SC4.
