Dispermat - Model SCV4 -Dissolver
High-performance DISPERMAT® SCV4 vacuum dissolver for production. The DISPERMAT® SCV4 production vacuum dissolver is equipped with a powerful vacuum system. The vacuum system is suitable for dispersing high viscosity products under vacuum. This prevents air inclusions during production. The DISPERMAT® SCV4 disperser is a multipurpose production dissolver for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters. The dissolver is available for container sizes of up to 750 liters
The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SCV4 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during the dispersion process. Height adjustment of the dispersion tool is also possible under vacuum. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover.
The DISPERMAT® SCV4 has an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electrical height adjustment. The compact machine can be anchored directly to an industrial floor. The appropriate stand foot is available as an option. A convenient groove system on the outside of the column. Thanks to it, various accessory systems can be easily and securely attached to the DISPERMAT® SCV4.
