The Opt-Diss 410 brings dissolution measurement directly to the vessel, eliminating the need for manual or automated sampling along with the associated consumables, labor, and off-line analysis. Choose from patented ARCH probes, designed specifically for dissolution testing with negligible hydrodynamic impact, or the new patent pending Variprobe Adjustable Pathlength Dip Probe, which easily adjusts between 2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, and 20 mm pathlengths to accommodate a range of sample concentrations. By moving light rather than liquids, the in-situ fiber optic UV system of the Opt-Diss 410 removes the need for filters, tubing, and syringes, saving time, labor, and costs, while enabling near real-time data collection with sample points as frequent as every five seconds.
