Diversitech - Filter Inspection Stations

Diversitech`s filter inspection stations allow operators to guage the condition of their cartridge filters before and after cleaning. To emulate the conditions a filter faces inside a filtration unit, a high-power blower draws air through the filter and a gauge measures the filter`s pressure drop. Following a cleaning cycle in the Filter Cleaning Machine, the cartrdige can be tested to determine if another cycle is warranted or if the filter can be returned for reuse. A visual inspection of the filter with a high-powered light in a dark room can expose any tears or holes in the filter media before storing or reusing the cartdige filter in your filtration unit.
