Homogenizer valve is a key component of the homogenizing equipment. Depending on the structure, homogenizing valves can be divided into the flat type and W type. The flat type valve can bear high pressure and is characterized by its wear resistance and long life of operation. W type valve can homogenize materials many times over in just one process. For instance, in the case of a homogenizer with a twin-stage system, the material passes through the homogenizing valve once but is homogenized more than four times, even six to eight times. Therefore, under the same pressure, the homogenizing effect is greatly improved.
