Reliable and economical electro-magnetic or motor driven metering pumps, which can be adjusted from 10% to 100% of the maximum flow by frequency and / or stroke adjustment. Variety of materias for liquid ends for assured leak-proof operation with wide variety of chemicals. Available in wide range, from 1 to 100 liters / hr and pressures from 2 to 125 kg/cm2. Compact & sleek, it has a convenient control panel that controls all operation. Complete automation possible with additional instrumentation. Manual operation- Prepare / pour chemical solution of required concentration in the tank. Agitate the solution for proper mixing. start the pump. The dosing volume can be adjusted from 10% to 100% with the impulse-adjusting knob. Dosing flow (ml/hr) = {Main flow (m3/hr) X ppm dosage (g/m3)} / Solution concentration % Pump will automatically stops when level of chemical solution in the tank goes below set low level. Automatic operation- Prepare / pour chemical solution of required concentration in the tank. Agitate the solution for proper mixing. start the pump. The dosing volume will be adjusted from 10% to 100% with the impulse-adjusting knob automatically by receiving the signal from down stream suitable instrument (pH, ORP, Conductivity, etc.). Dosing flow (ml/hr) = {Main flow (m3/hr) X ppm dosage (g/m3)} / Solution concentration % Pump will automatically stops when level of chemical solution in the tank goes below set low level. It can also give the alarm.
