Dragon single shaft shredders are designed for the quick and efficient size-reduction of a broad range of materials down to a uniform dimension. They can provide volume reduction, products for further processing, end products for alternative use, security destruction of sensitive files and out-of-date/reject products.
The Dragon industrial shredder has in-built monitoring to maximise production and a user-friendly touch screen control which incorporates useful troubleshooting data. Your product is pushed forward by a variable speed hydraulic system. It is cut by indexable, 4 sided, replaceable cutters mounted onto a rotor passing through a segmented counterknife which also has 4 cutting edges.
The piece size of the shreds is determined by the hole size of the screen which is easily interchangeable.
The shredder is mounted on anti-vibration feet and is ready for immediate connection to the electrical supply and your chosen discharge/extraction system option. The DRAGON is delivered guarded and fitted with requisite isolation switches to meet safety regulations.
