InVision SD Exp, like the InVision SD Pro, is designed for small diameter pipes.  It is substantially the same as the SD Pro model, except that the cable and reel is located outside of the case.  It comes with a fiberglass push-pull cable that is 5.2mm (1/5’) in diameter, and in lengths of 20 meter (66’), 30 meters (98.5’), and 40 meters (131’).  This extra durable push rod is both flexible and easy to push.

The camera is a 1/3” Sony CC Video Camera with a 120º view angle.  The camera head is made of stainless steel.  You can choose a camera with either a 14mm (½”) diameter or 23mm (0.9”) diameter.  The camera is protected by a Sapphire glass lens cover to prevent scratching and image impairment.

It has 12 adjustable high light white LEDs to light up the inside of the pipe.  The advanced viewing technology allows for capturing clear, detailed images of the problem area regardless of inspection conditions.

InVision SD Exp Pipe Inspection Camera comes with a 7” LCD color Monitor with built in DVR.  It has image rotation buttons and brightness control buttons.   It can be used either indoors or outside in bright sunlight.  Easy to understand controls and connections make use of this system a breeze.  There is a one push record button.  It includes a microphone for local audio recording.  The Video-Out allows connection to a TV.  There is an on-screen date and time display, as well as an on-screen distance counter.  The built-in rechargeable battery lasts up to 6 hours.  The inspection data can be stored as images or video and saved to a SD memory card.

This Pipe Inspection Camera comes with a rotatable cable reel mounted outside of the waterproof ABS case.  The case protects the Monitor and includes a wireless keyboard for text input.  The sturdy built-in reel accommodates cables that have the flexibility to go through 90º bends in pipes as small as 45mm (1.8”).  There are options for a Sonde transmitter and a self-leveling feature.
