HeitkerBloc - Drainage System
In 2000, Martin Heitker introduced the first injection-molded trench body (Bloc) to the German market. This design for use in rainwater management was imitated in a similar form by many manufacturers in the industry in the following years. Today this trench construction has established itself as the most established type of underground compact trench for rainwater infiltration and retention on the market. The HeitkerBloc drainage system was developed in 2006 based on product experience in many well-known projects and launched on the European market. Since then, this tried and tested product has ensured reliable, functionally safe drainage without any complaints or damage.
- Kamerabefahrbar and hochdruckspülbar by integrated irrigation / distribution channel DN 300 (= inspection channel)
- function safely than conventional systems 300 closed irrigation / distribution channel DN pipe invert against Rigolenverschlammung
- With or without rinsing / distribution channel DN 300 available
- 95% storage volume (compared gravel only approx. 30%)
- High load capacity up to traffic load SLW 60
- Lowest construction height 400 mm with inspection duct DN 300. This is also advantageous with high groundwater levels.
- High water outlet area of approx. 73%
- High stability due to the large contact surface
- Flexible connection options , front side DN 110/160/315
- No pallets , the pallet feet are integrated in the system , so no costs for pallets. Also, handling, storage, return or disposal omitted.
- 80% - 90% less earthworks compared to gravel trenches , thus less removal of the earth or no displacement and distribution of earth on the property
BEST POSSIBLE PROTECTION AGAINST RIGOLEN SLUDGE
A filter stage or rainwater treatment system must be connected upstream of each trench. In addition, the DN 300 distribution / flushing channel integrated in the HeitkerBloc system with a closed flow bed ensures the possibility of fine sedimentation before the rainwater that has been introduced is distributed into the infiltration system and provides the best possible protection against siltation. In the case of high-pressure flushing, the fine sediment is not pressed into the trench body, but reaches the flushing shaft via the closed flow bed. Dirt particles that get into the trench body through an unsuitable construction of the inlet and distribution channel or through high-pressure flushing cannot be removed again and reduce the trench performance, up to the point of silting up.
FASTENING ELEMENTS
For the horizontal and vertical connection of the system elements, locking knobs and fixing crosses are integrated.
EASY AND FAST INSTALLATION
Thanks to pre-assembled modules and integrated connecting elements, few accessories are required on the construction site and the installation time is reduced considerably. The lightweight design also simplifies the entire work process.
NO PALLETS
Because the pallet feet are integrated into the system as plug-in tubes, there is no need for pallets. This means that there are no costs for acquisition, handling, storage and return / disposal.
IDEAL DIMENSIONS
The dimensions of the HeitkerBloc were chosen so that the trench can be variably adapted to almost any local situation.
HIGH LOAD CAPACITY
The HeitkerBloc drainage system was designed for all common requirements up to and including heavy loads from ground loads and traffic loads SLW 60.
FLREXIBLE CONNECTIONS
Front connections DN 110/160 and DN 315 per element string or several via distributor structure.
LOW HEIGHT
Due to the low construction height of only 0.40 m, the HeitkerBloc system can also be used with high groundwater levels.
